What are the various Natural Therapies offered by Katrin:

Diet and Nutrition – uses vitamins, minerals and other nutritional substances to correct imbalances and deficiencies within the body. Dietary changes – diet plays a key role in providing nutritional balance and detoxification.

Herbal Medicine – an ancient form of healing which uses traditional and modern knowledge of medicinal plants to treat a range of illnesses and bring about healing by enhancing the functioning of the body. Herbal tinctures are specifically designed according to the individual needs.

Homoeopathy – uses minute amounts of various substances or the vibrational energy of the substance to overcome disease and bring the body into balance. Homoeopathy acts on both the mental and physical level.

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) – clears anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, addictive behaviors and other emotional problems by clearing the triggers causing the negative emotions.

Flower essences – act primarily on the emotional aspects of healing. Flower remedies might be used orally, or sprays, or topically e.g. during an Acu-pressure point treatment.

Bowen Therapy – pain and dysfunction are often due to misalignment of muscles, ligaments and tendons. Bowen therapy gently realigns these tissues to restore normal movement and function.

Dorn Therapy – a gentle form of manual therapy used to correct misalignments in the spinal column and other joints.

Massage – Katrin uses a variety of different styles and techniques during a massage session such as Bowen Therapy, deep tissue massage, myofacial release techniques, acupressure and meridian line massage.

Biomesotherapy – involves the use of homoeopathic remedies and the stimulation of specific acupuncture points. It is especially used for the treatment of:

  • Inflammation
  • Acute and chronic pain
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Influence of acupuncture points and meridians

Scar treatments – Biomesotherapy is successfully used to improve the appearance of scars and may help to remove interference fields in the body.

Pelotherapy / Clay therapy – Healing clays such as montmorillonite, bentonite, and illite have been used for centuries in natural medicine and pelotherapy.
