Our Body Psychotherapy will help you understand that most addictions have their origins in trauma, and once we work through this trauma via your body and personality, you will reclaim control over the habit and your life.
If you have Anger Management issues, you may feel as though you are out of control, dangerous or unsafe. Our Anger Management therapy can help you manage and express your anger in a healthy and safe way. We help to dismantle some of the bad habits you have developed and assist you in transforming anger to strengthen your being.

Narcissism is defined as preoccupation with the ego self, which causes the person to lack empathy and possibly go to the extreme of abuse and exploitation of others. We see some people who present with Narcissism and also offer to support to Narcissist Abuse Victims, who may be suffering from a type of PTSD.
If you experience Panic Attacks, you may feel physical sensations of fear in your body and also feel extreme anxiety. We are experienced in working with the body and also the effects of trauma and anxiety and teach you various techniques to alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks and even prevent the onset. We use a blend of breathwork, body movement and education to help you.
If you have a phobia, you may be excessively fearful of an object or a situation, and you may feel an intense need to escape or avoid it. The embodied aspect of our therapy will enable you stay present to the object or trigger and assist you to desensitise so that the fight or flight mechanism hijacking your adult mind can be safely deconstructed while you remain feeling calm and safe.
If you have Relationship Issues you may feel you lack the ability and insight to resolve some of your concerns. As well as being psychotherapists we are a married couple and have been together for over 20 years. We have navigated our way through many relationship issues and therefore have the personal and professional skills and knowledge to guide and advise you.
You may feel you lack the necessary Stress Management skills to prevent you from going into overwhelm in challenging situations. Our Stress Management therapy can help as we can switch off the bodymind triggers that maintain acute or chronic stress. We also teach bodymind practices to help build your resilience and health against stress.
Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
If you have Trauma or PTSD, you may feel unsafe, have a low resilience threshold, and feel split off from your body. We use Sensorimotor Trauma Psychotherapy to reprogramme the PTSD sustaining ANS of your brain in a safe and gentle way. We also use other techniques such as bodywork and breathwork to release and discharge the trauma from your system.
