Passion and love of life are at the heart of Megan's soul intention to help others.  During her early 20s, she embarked on a personal journey through the therapeutic modality of Core Energetics that changed her life. Subsequent training in this technique provided her with the tools to empower and guide others interested in creating change in their own lives.

Megan has experience working with a diverse range of mental health concerns including relationship issues, grief and loss, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger management, chronic fatigue, trauma and abuse (including sexual abuse).  While she works with all age groups, Megan has developed specialised skills in working with adolescents, assisting many challenging young people within residential care and outreach settings to create positive life changes. 

The approach Megan uses is grounded in Core and Heart Energetics, an integrated body, mind and soul psychotherapy that utilises movement, emotional expression, voice dialogue and other techniques to unlock emotional patterns and/or trauma. Releasing these patterns creates the freedom for us to live life from our true essence (or Core).

Megan brings passion, empathy, heart and positive energy to facilitating people on their personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment.  She sees each person as a unique individual in body, mind and spirit and this holistic approach enables her to find a way of working with all age groups from young children to mature adults.
